Qualifications

• RN license in Texas is required.
• 2–3 years of home-health experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare COPs, and home-health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the DON in managing daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Supervise RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff.
• Review and monitor clinical documentation (OASIS, plans of care, and visit notes).
• Participate in case conferences, chart audits, and QAPI activities.
• Provide clinical guidance on wound care, medication management, and patient safety.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and competency validation for new staff.
• Coordinate staffing and patient assignments; communicate with physicians and hospitals.
