BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our home health team across Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Lincoln, Maynard, Lowell and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include developing care plans, in-home assessments, and staff oversight. Must hold an active RN license, CPR, and have 2–3 years in home health.

Qualifikationen

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Proficiency in IV therapy, wound care, and NPWT/ wound VAC management.
• Strong leadership, staff mentoring and care plan development skills.
• Ability to audit, report incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Flexible and on-call availability for scheduling and emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure regulatory and company standards are met.
• Oversee home health regulations compliance, documentation, and reporting.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
