Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with CA licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in healthcare.
• Experience with home health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff to ensure standards.
• Coordinate patient assessments and care plans using EHR systems like Epic or eCW.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance and accurate medical documentation.
• Oversee medication administration and complex nursing procedures.
• Conduct staff evaluations and lead infection control and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for comprehensive care.
• Manage staffing schedules and support team development.
