Responsibilities

• Participate in case conferences, chart audits, and QAPI activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, recertifications, discharges, and care-plan updates.
• Provide clinical guidance on wound care, medication management, and patient safety.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and competency validation for new staff.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and patient assignments.
• Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in investigations related to incidents or performance concerns.
• Ensure adherence to infection-control standards and agency policies.
• Serve as acting DON when needed.

The Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for field nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Assist with supervision of RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support staff in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (WellSky/Kinnser)
