Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor to coordinate and manage patient care services, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise clinical staff, guide care plans, and promote continuous quality improvement across home health services. The role requires current RN licensure, a BSN is preferred, CPR certification, and at least two years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN degree preferred from an accredited program.
• At least two years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of quality management and performance evaluation.
• Experience in home health, primary care, or healthcare facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: review referrals, diagnoses, meds, treatments and progress to assign clinicians.
• Staff supervision: monitor performance, provide guidance, ensure high-quality home health services.
• Care planning: assist clinicians in goals, prioritization, plans of care, and care coordination.
• Quality assurance: conduct quarterly medical record reviews and report findings to leadership.
• Staff development: assist recruiting, orientation, and continuing education.
• Policies and compliance: help develop and evaluate policies while maintaining standards.
• Customer service: promote customer-focused culture and community relations.
• Additional duties: perform other responsibilities as delegated by leadership.
• Regulatory readiness: maintain compliance with professional standards.
