Job summary

Legend Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the building of multiple homes from start to finish within assigned subdivisions. You will schedule subcontractors, coordinate homebuyer walkthroughs, and ensure quality standards and adherence to company specifications.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for successful buyer relations and timely project delivery. The role requires managing budgets, maintaining schedule integrity, and collaborating with on-site consultants

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in homebuilding or related field preferred.
• Experience managing multi-home construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Strong communication with homebuyers, trades, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of multiple homes from start to finish across communities.
• Maintain high quality and consistency in each home.
• Ensure builds meet timeframes and budgets.
• Inform Purchasing of take-off errors or material issues.
• Build rapport with buyers and new homeowners.
