Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting phased construction under heavy traffic.
• Experience inspecting construction with complex environmental permits.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods and equipment in highway construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project inspection and monitor contractor operations to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Supervise and train lower-level technicians and CEI staff as needed.
• Review test reports and ensure proper sampling, testing and documentation.
