Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an applicable area of Engineering Technology or Survey Technology from an appropriately accredited institution and seven years of progressive technician experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent education/experience combination allowed to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspections of roadway and structure construction work to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Supervise and direct a small group of technicians and survey crews onsite at projects.
• Review estimates, compute pay quantities, and design traffic control and pavement marking plans.
