Job summary

The General Manager at a McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in Fort Worth is responsible for running a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll lead Department Managers, set goals, coach staff, and drive Improvement across the restaurant.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in high-volume quick service (or hospitality/retail) and must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, and provides coaching and direction.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume fast food or hospitality/retail; 18+ to manage.
