Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct production resources to optimize manufacturing performance, reduce cost, and achieve high quality and delivery in line with the business plan.
• Lead hourly direct labor teams in assigned areas and shifts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment, and drive productivity improvements.
