Job summary

You will coach a high-performing team on the manufacturing floor and collaborate with other departments to optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Ability to drive KPI-based performance and coach production team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 27 hourly employees on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
• Develop and coach a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support manpower, materials, and equipment optimization.
