Job summary

Prysmian Group in Marshall, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift manufacturing team of about 27 hourly employees. You will drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery while building a high-performing team culture on the plant floor.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize manpower, materials and equipment, coach staff, solve problems, and deliver continuous improvement across the production process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to drive KPI-based performance (safety, quality, productivity, delivery) and coach teams.
• Strong planning and administrative skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 27 employees on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery performance while developing a high-performing team culture.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to optimize manpower, materials and equipment; support productivity improvements.
