Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Marshall, TX facility. You will lead a 2nd shift of about 27 production staff, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborate with other departments to optimize manpower, materials and equipment in a fast-paced plant setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, problem solving, and continuous improvement with a focus on Lean practices and KPI performance to meet delivery milestones and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Ability to drive KPI-based performance including safety, quality, productivity, scrap and delivery metrics while coaching production team members.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Strong planning, leadership, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees on a 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery goals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and optimize manpower, materials and equipment use to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Develop a high-performing team culture and coach on-floor problem solving and performance.
