Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations on the Marshall, TX 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will supervise ~27 hourly workers, drive safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery while fostering a high-performance team culture. Strong Lean and CI experience is expected.

You will coordinate with other departments to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment usage, and work to continuously improve manufacturing results.

• Experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying Lean and CI to improve safety, quality, productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) on a Marshall, TX site.
• Coach and develop ~27 hourly production employees.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manpower, materials and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving on the floor.
