Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, bioengineering, or related field with 5+ years, or master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with relevant experience.
• Hands-on expertise in mammalian expression systems (HEK293/CHO), protein purification, cloning, and high-throughput workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to independently design experiments and manage evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize scalable mammalian protein expression, purification, normalization, and quality assessment.
• Operate and troubleshoot automation platforms.
• Develop reproducible workflows.
• Collaborate across Protein Sciences, Molecular Biology, Automation, Data Science, and Discovery Biology teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for throughput and quality improvements.
• Document and ensure data integrity and safety.
