Job summary

Metric Geo in Houston seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee mid- and high-rise residential projects across the Greater Houston area. The role focuses on managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality, and overall project delivery on-site.

You will coordinate owners, designers, consultants, and field teams, monitor safety and progress, review plans and contracts, and drive successful turnover from pre-construction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential mid-rise and high-rise projects.
• Strong skills in schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design teams.
• On-site, Houston-area availability and leadership.

Responsibilities
