Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Photo EUV Track Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership for photolithography track equipment across its global manufacturing network.

Responsibilities include driving equipment performance, standardization, material optimization, and optimization of EUV materials, while collaborating with procurement and suppliers to reduce total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience focused on photolithography track equipment and processes.
• Expertise installing, qualifying, optimizing Photo Track equipment and supporting high-volume fabrication.
• Leadership in greenfield fab startups including tool installation and ramp.
• Experience in high-volume wafer fab with sustained manufacturing performance.
• Strong problem-solving using data analysis, DOE, statistical methods, and defect reduction.
• Excellent communication and leadership able to influence teams and peers.
• Hands-on expertise in Photo Track equipment and startup leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and safe handling of chemicals.
• Serve as global technical authority for Photo Track equipment across sites.
• Lead and maintain global standards for track processes through governance forums.
• Drive track equipment strategy and readiness activities for new fab startups.
• Improve equipment performance by reducing defects and supporting qualification.
• Drive optimization of EUV materials to improve performance while reducing cost.
• Partner with Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve TCO.
• Define and implement BKMs, material benchmarks, and equipment standards.
• Drive standardization of track hardware configurations and process recipes.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and manufacturing to solve complex challenges.
