Job summary

LEO Pharma in Madison, NJ is seeking a senior HEOR leader to generate and communicate evidence supporting dermatology assets. You will guide strategic and operational HEOR objectives, collaborate with Medical Affairs, MAPS, and Marketing, and lead publications to strengthen value propositions.

The role is hybrid from Madison, NJ with a focus on unmet medical needs, outcomes data, and payer strategies. A 7+ year HEOR track, and strong publication credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• A terminal or doctoral degree in PharmD/PhD/MD is required; fellowship training is desirable.
• Minimum 7+ years of post-graduate HEOR experience in managed care and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Publication record in peer-reviewed journals and abstracts presented at congresses is required.
• Dermatology experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with Budget Impact Models and cost-effectiveness analyses.
• Experience designing/executing HEOR protocol elements within phase IIIB/IV/NIS programs.
• Ability to travel overnight ~20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of evidence and value propositions to support Market Access and Medical strategies for LEO assets.
• Execute HEOR and RWE studies for in-line and pipeline assets.
• Develop field materials to communicate value propositions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with US/global Medical Affairs, MAPS, Marketing and external vendors.
• Ensure strategic alignment with US/global workstreams.
• Lead publication efforts with Scientific Communications for peer-reviewed outputs.
• Input HEOR strategies for annual planning.
• Manage key accounts and thought leader relationships on CE, place in therapy and value contracting.
• Provide project/vendor management, including RFPs, SOWs, and budget tracking.
• Assist training of field Health Outcomes, Account Managers and other personnel.
• Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Provide scientific bridge to healthcare decision makers in managed care and institutions.
