Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in health sciences or equivalent, or a masters with extensive industry experience
• 2–3+ years of related work experience (MSL, Market Access, Managed Care, Value and Access); 2+ years of HEOR/RWE preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry including pharma R&D, clinical research, and commercialization, plus managed care
• Competency in medical science, epidemiology, clinical trials, outcomes research, and pharmacoeconomics
• Proven experience building KOL relationships or with top-tier medical experts
• Previous experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG and other guidelines
• Good understanding of clinical development and ICH-GCP

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field medical lead to generate and execute scientific discussions with strategic accounts
• Develop KOL and PHDM relationships across all segments
• Contribute as a key medical stakeholder to support market access and HEOR through scientific exchange, RWE, and budget impact modeling
• Identify and facilitate HEOR/RWE data generation opportunities aligned with gap analyses and publication plans
• Collect insights to identify barriers, patient identification challenges, and on-label inclusion opportunities in clinical pathways and payor pathways
• Enhance field medical affairs reporting capabilities to quantify the value of activities
