Job summary

Global Medical Response's Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Helicopter Pilot Supervisor to lead base pilots and oversee flight operations with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The role centers on scheduling, training, and coordinating with regional leadership to ensure readiness for lifesaving missions. Extensive rotorcraft experience and supervisory background are expected.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours helicopter PIC.
• 500 hours turbine.
• 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for mission support at the base.
• Conducts base orientations for new pilots.
• Coordinates aviation activities for public relations events.
• Reviews and submits pilots' monthly flight/duty logs on time.
• Monitors pilots and assists in day-to-day flight/administrative issues.
• Submits payroll grids to Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Operates aircraft safely per Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
