Global Medical Response is seeking a HAA Pilot Base Supervisor to lead base pilots for air medical transport operations with Air Evac Lifeteam customers. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and training in a 7/7 rotation with housing provided at all locations.

Candidates must have rotorcraft commercial and instrument ratings, thousands of flight hours, and prior supervisory experience. Base duties include coordinating flight planning, mentoring crews, and maintaining rigorous logs and

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time required.
• 1500 hours helicopter time mandatory.
• 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command.
• 500 hours turbine experience.
• Night flying: 100 hours unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate and Instrument Rating.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for base missions.
• Conducts new-hire orientation for base pilots.
• Monitors weather and forecast changes for flight planning and safety.
• Ensures preflight checks and maintains logs and maintenance communication.
• Oversees payroll submissions and day-to-day base operations.
