Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead Base Line Pilots and coordinate schedules with the Regional Director of Flight Operations. The role focuses on safe flying and effective mission support planning at the base.

The position requires extensive flight experience, rotorcraft certification, and instrument rating, with a 7/7 schedule and 24-hour base housing provided at all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum flight time and helicopter experience required as listed.
• Commercial rotorcraft certificate and instrument rating are mandatory.
• Night flight hours and turbine experience are required details.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for mission support at the base.
• Conducts local area orientations for new hires at the base.
• Monitors forecast changes and weather situations.
