Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks an HAA Pilot Supervisor to lead base pilots, oversee flight planning and duty scheduling, and ensure safe, compliant rotorcraft operations for Air Evac Lifeteam customers. This full-time role requires strong leadership, attention to regulatory details, and coordination with regional leadership.

This position offers a 7/7 schedule, 24‑hour base housing, and incentives including a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a $5,000 annual stipend, and retention bonuses up to $40,000

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours helicopter PIC.
• 500 hours turbine time.
• 100 hours night unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots.
• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities with the Program Director.
• Conducts new hire base orientations.
• Coordinates aviation activities for PR events at the base.
• Reviews and submits monthly flight/duty logs within required timeframe.
• Monitors pilots at the base and assists day-to-day management.
• Submits payroll grids to Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Operates the aircraft safely, complying with Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
• Monitors weather, forecasts, and adjusts operations accordingly.
• Performs preflight inspections and documents discrepancies.
• Reports rested and prepared for duty and stays current on weather.
