Job summary

West Penn Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Truck Pusher to coordinate daily heavy haul and rig-moving operations. You will lead drivers, coordinate equipment, loads, and field activities to move rigs safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, safety discipline, mechanical awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment. Travel and varied schedules may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trucking, heavy haul, rig moving, oil & gas, or a related field.
• Experience with rig moves, rigging, or heavy equipment transportation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, management, customers, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rigging down and rigging up of drilling rigs and related equipment.
• Coordinate drivers and field crews during rig moves and equipment transportation.
• Monitor field activities and communicate changes to the District Manager.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to truck drivers in the field.
• Promote safety policies and participate in toolbox talks.
• Complete required trip, inspection, and load documentation.
