Job summary

West Penn Heavy Haul is hiring an experienced Rig Moving Crane Operator to operate mobile cranes for rig moves, lifts, and specialized hauling across the region, supporting oilfield and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include reading lift plans, performing pre- and post-operation inspections, and traveling to job sites with overnight stays; NCCCO certification and 2+ years crane experience preferred; US work authorization required; per diem provided.

Qualifications

• NCCCO certification required (TSS, LBT, LBC, or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of crane operating experience, ideally in oilfield or heavy haul.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CDL Class A preferred but not required.

• Operate hydraulic and conventional cranes safely and efficiently.
• Assist with rig-up/rig-down and job site preparation.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring an experienced Rig Moving Crane Operator to join our crew. This role involves operating mobile cranes for rig moves, equipment lifts, and specialized hauling projects across the region.

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town work (hotels and per diem covered)
