West Penn Heavy Haul LLC is seeking a Truck Pusher to lead and coordinate daily heavy haul and rig-moving operations. You will work closely with drivers, field crews, and management to ensure safe, efficient rig moves, rigging operations, and securement of equipment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and mechanical aptitude, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership in field operations.
• Mechanical understanding of heavy equipment and rigs.
• Knowledge of safety practices and DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rigging down and rigging up of drilling rigs and equipment.
• Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, loading, unloading, staging, and positioning of heavy equipment.
• Direct drivers and field crews to ensure on-time, safe rig moves.
• Monitor field activities and communicate changes or issues to District Manager.
• Maintain documentation for trips, inspections, and operations.
