Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction/mining machinery repair.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more lower-level service technicians; schedule work and monitor quality.
• Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment systems.
• Fabricate, modify, and install parts using mills, lathes, welders, and plasma tools.
• Service and repair hydraulic, electrical, drive, and steering systems.
• Train junior technicians in mechanical repair techniques and safety.
• Maintain organized work areas, document work performed, and assist with customer relations.
