Job summary

Worldwide Machinery in Texas is seeking a Heavy Equipment Service Manager based in Gofley, TX to lead repair, maintenance, and preparation of heavy equipment for rental and sales. You will dispatch field technicians and oversee shop operations to ensure timely service.

The role requires minimum 10 years of mechanical experience in heavy construction equipment, at least 3 years in supervision, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of mechanical experience in heavy construction equipment or related industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a service shop or similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and diagnose equipment issues.
• Dispatch field service technicians to address onsite repairs.
• Supervise and lead the service team, ensuring effective workload distribution.
• Create and manage work orders for all service activities.
• Coordinate invoicing for parts and services rendered.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and equipment readiness.
