Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations at a heavy-duty truck and construction equipment repair facility. You will lead the service team, maintain efficient shop operations, ensure repair quality, and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements include 3+ years of supervisory or management experience and 2+ years of heavy construction equipment experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with manufacturers on technical and equipment-related issues.
• Maintain shop safety, train technicians, and conduct performance reviews.
