Qualifications

• 2-4 year college degree or 10 years Caterpillar Heavy Equipment repair experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and undercarriage systems.
• Ability to write professional business communication via email or letter.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heavy Equipment Service Department across shop, field, and support personnel.
• Provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient, productive operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee technician and supervisory staff productivity, annual reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist customers and technicians on repairs and define scope of work to meet expectations.
• Oversee quoting, opening/closing, and invoicing work orders.
