Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to supervise a team of technicians in heavy-duty truck maintenance, diagnostics, and safety-compliant repairs. The role focuses on chassis, refuse bodies, and HVAC systems, with mentoring and scheduling responsibilities.

The position requires CDL, OSHA compliance experience, and ASE heavy-truck certifications, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
• OSHA Haz Com, Lock Out Tag Out, fire protection regs knowledge is a plus.
• CDL and State Inspection License are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of chassis, refuse bodies, and hydraulic/electrical/AC systems.
