Willmeng Construction, Inc. seeks a Heavy Civil Project Manager to drive project success from preconstruction to closeout. You will lead budgets, schedules, and contracts, hire and manage subs, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating with owners, designers, and field teams.

You will travel extensively to support multiple sites, motivate and develop high-performing teams, and represent Willmeng professionally to clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management preferred; 5–15 years of heavy civil experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of construction risk management, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong time management and decision-making under pressure.
• Willing and able to travel extensively to support projects across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and organize high-performing teams.
• Committed to Willmeng’s culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Leads project planning, scheduling, and workflow to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
• Sets clear project objectives, policies, and performance standards in line with Willmeng’s values.
• Oversees subcontractor management, contract negotiations, and timely issuance of agreements.
• Drives budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting for project success.
• Coordinates and communicates with owners, designers, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manages change orders, contract revisions, and monthly owner billings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Champions safety, quality, and compliance across all project activities.
• Motivates, develops, and leads project teams, fostering accountability and growth.
• Represents Willmeng with professionalism, building strong client relationships and upholding our reputation.
