Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in large corporate healthcare IT environments and MIS
• Strong analysis, design, build, test and implementation capabilities
• Ability to lead and train end users and staff
• Proven communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of project management practices and governance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge to support software applications and systems
• Analyze, design, build, test and implement computer programs and systems
• Deliver training plans and sessions for staff
• Coordinate project work with managers and leads
• Develop and enforce technical standards and best practices
• Offer after-hours support as needed
• Ensure customer service excellence and issue resolution
• Support continuous quality improvement programs
