Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) seeks a Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting to lead enterprise analytics and governance, driving value-based care insights across operations. You will oversee reporting infrastructure, semantic models, and dashboard governance while collaborating with Medical Economics, IT, Finance, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Actuarial Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, BI, medical economics, data engineering, or related role.
Advanced Power BI experience with dashboard development, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Hands-on SQL experience with large-scale healthcare data warehouses (claims, eligibility, provider, clinical).
Experience designing data solutions, data pipelines, semantic models, and analytics datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead development, governance, and optimization of enterprise reporting/analytics solutions.
Establish KPI definitions, metric governance, and dashboard best practices.
Develop executive-level reporting and scalable self-service analytics capabilities.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and data pipelines.
Develop, integrate, and maintain data connections via APIs and healthcare data exchange platforms.
Ensure data quality, performance, accessibility, and consistency across reporting environments.
Apply best practices in data engineering, governance, and analytics development.
Develop operational metrics/KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Translate complex healthcare data into actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
Drive evaluation/adoption of AI-enabled analytics and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with Medical Economics, Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and leadership; present findings to stakeholders.
