Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Manager to lead advanced analytics efforts across member behavior, product concepts, and operational efficiency. You will partner with business leaders to apply insights for product innovation and value demonstration to clients.

You will mentor junior analysts, define KPI frameworks with clients, and oversee data preparation, modeling, and results communication to executive audiences in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Requires MS/MA/PhD in a quantitative field and 5+ years in health care analytics.
• Experience designing and executing root cause analyses.
• Significant experience in healthcare analytics; patient engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrating value of palliative care program to clients.
• Collaborate with business partners to determine KPIs to track & monitor performance and improvements.
• Perform client-specific root cause analyses to understand client-specific trends.
• Prepare analytical data sets in support of the above insight generation.
• Build, test, and validate value quantification methods and assumptions used in analyses.
• Publish results and address constraints/limitations with business partners.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts.
