Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Inside Plant design and operation.
• Ability to perform the duties of the ISP Tech III role.
• Leadership experience in telecommunications environments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and project requests from the Area Manager.
• Support the implementation and integration of newer technology.
• Operate Inside Plant to increase reliability and meet Optimum specifications.
• Lead and coach the team, ensuring accountability and customer focus.
• Complete assigned projects on time and within budget.
