Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Inside Plant design and operation.
• Familiar with FCC performance testing/regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and project requests from the Area Manager.
• Operate Inside Plant to improve reliability and meet specs.
• Lead team with clear direction and accountability.
• Complete projects on time and within budget.
