Job summary

Cogentanalytics is looking for a Heavy-Duty Diesel Service Shop Lead for their satellite repair facility in Aston Township, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will lead operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure efficient shop performance focused on heavy-duty diesel repair.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A driver's license, prior experience in diesel repair, and exceptional diagnostic skills. You will coordinate repair schedules, maintain quality control, and work closely with company leadership on shop operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license preferred.
• Previous experience in heavy-duty diesel repair.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck diagnostics.
