Micron Technology in Richardson, TX seeks a Sr/Staff Design Verification Engineer to advance HBM verification architectures for AI/ML workloads. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team across IP-level and SoC-level verification, addressing pre-silicon and post-silicon issues with state-of-the-art methodologies.

The role emphasizes verification plans, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation in GenAI-assisted flows to extend HBM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in verification engineering with digital/analog/mixed-signal experience.
• 2+ years in custom design verification or RTL design verification workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement verification plans and architecture collateral across IP-level and SoC-level verification for current and future HBM designs.
• Support co-verification of the overall system and participate in customer interactions to gather feedback and provide recommendations for future HBM solutions.
• Build and improve verification methodology components and GenAI applications aligned to HBM design cycles, broadening cross-disciplinary knowledge across custom digital and RTL2GDS flows.
• Evaluate and debug pre-silicon and post-silicon issues in current HBM products, and contribute to exploration of new HBM verification architectures.
