Job summary

The State of Missouri, within the Lead Hazard Reduction Unit of the Bureau of Environmental Epidemiology, is seeking a data-focused professional in Jefferson City to support reporting for federal and state grants.

You will collect, enter, and manage data from multiple sources, design dashboards for GLOS and HUD reporting, maintain databases, and provide technical support to partners and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely program reporting and transparency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in data management systems/software.
Ability to meet deadlines.
High level of commitment and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Data collection, entry and management for grant reporting.
Provide technical support for reporting requirements of state and federally funded grants.
Assist in enhancing reporting systems by tracking progress of incoming reports.
Design and maintain a public-facing dashboard to display grant results and remediation efforts.
Collect, consolidate, and manage data from multiple sources, integrating into centralized systems.
Provide data entry, database maintenance, and reporting support to Bureau programs.
Coordinate with community outreach initiatives in support of grant programs.
