Job summary

Lunar Outpost is seeking a Lead Harnessing Engineer to own EWIS architecture, design, and integration across vehicle levels, prototype builds, and ground support equipment. You will lead end‑to‑end harness development, define high‑voltage and signal wiring architectures, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with mechanical, systems, and NASA interfaces.

Onsite schedule with remote Wednesdays; 9:00–17:00; strong collaboration, mentoring, and hands‑on leadership to deliver compliant

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in electrical harnessing or aerospace wiring design.
• Demonstrated leadership in harness design for complex aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical harnessing architecture and integration across vehicle levels.
• Own end‑to‑end WIS/EWIS development from requirements to as‑built configurations.
• Define harness architectures for high‑voltage, high‑power, and signal systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews and qualification activities.
