Job summary

You will lead design reviews, perform tolerance analyses, generate test plans and reports, mentor staff, and interface with internal and external customers. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred; advanced studies valued.
• In lieu of degree, 13+ years of relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Analog and digital design of ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications.
• Lead and direct test activities across all phases of product development.
• Generate test plans and test reports; lead design reviews for all phases.
• Mentor electrical engineering staff and interface with internal/external customers.
• Provide inputs for RFPs and generate EOs/ECPs.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
