Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 6+ years experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years without a degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and CAD/CAE tools is required.
• History of setting high goals and driving results; self-starter with time/resource management and teamwork.
• Strong initiative to improve conditions and processes; professional and ethical behavior.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to review electrical designs, circuit analysis, and engineering change notices.
• Experience creating engineering estimates, plans, and BoEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct test activities in all phases of product development cycle.
• Act as technical interface to internal and external customers.
• Provide inputs for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Assist department manager in defining and improving development processes and best practices.
• Perform conflict resolution and mentoring to engineers on the team.
• Develop and submit merit recommendations during the annual review cycle.
