Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop individualized recovery plans to restore function and enable return to daily activities.

You will lead orthotic fabrication, supervise students and assistants, collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, and document care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• DPT or MOT degree preferred for advanced practice.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state PT or OT license and CHT credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to age and disability.
• Document OT/PT services delivery.
• Direct and supervise OTAs, students, and staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians in care planning.
