Job summary

European Wax Center in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA). This sales-oriented role serves as the first and last impression of the guest experience, requiring a cheerful, professional demeanor and strong guest service skills.

You will handle selling wax passes, opening/closing the center, guiding guests, educating about products and promotions, and keeping the space neat. This position emphasizes customer interaction and a team-driven environment in a retail wellness setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
• Educating all guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365 and demonstrating products on guests, and benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintaining the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking their schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participation in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participating in all weekly Strut Sessions and Strut Bloomfire activities.
• Creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses.
• Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Maintaining center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Even better, a GSA shapes the future of EWC and supports guests in feeling gorgeous, radiant, and confident in their own skin. Please note that this is a sales position.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed. The Reservation Book regarding the guest's requests and associate's availability.
• Educating all guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365 and demonstrating products on guests, and benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintaining the front of the center, including, but not limited to, restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking their schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participation in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participating in all weekly Strut Sessions (If Strut Session is on a day associate is not scheduled, the associate will attend a minimum of 1 Strut Session per month).
• Participating on Strut Bloomfire by actively commenting on questions and posts.
• Creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring the scripts and standard responses while working in the location.
• Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Maintaining center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
