Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Guest Services role at our travel center. You will lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers and handle all cash, credit, and debit transactions while delivering high-quality guest service.

Responsibilities include following policies on restricted items, keeping the area organized, upselling products, resolving guest concerns, scheduling breaks, and assisting with other travel center duties. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers and process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Maintain quality guest service and resolve guest concerns according to policies.
• Adhere to guidelines on restricted merchandise and store procedures.
• Support other travel center functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers and process all types of transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow guidelines for restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use selling methods to promote products and upsell.
• Ensure quality service for every guest and handle complaints.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center tasks as needed.
