European Wax Center in Miami is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role combines front desk duties with sales, promotions, and product education to ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
