Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Guest Services Associate to drive guest satisfaction and sales. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, promote services, and maintain a polished front desk.

This role emphasizes teamwork, targets, and a welcoming atmosphere. Evening and weekend availability is required; prior retail or beauty-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products/promotions, and sell wax passes.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for peers and help others reach their full potential.
