European Wax Center in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (front desk/sales) to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue in a lively, sales-driven environment.

This role requires strong sales and service skills, leadership and communication, and availability evenings and weekends; responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting services, scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining a welcoming, organized center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
