Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This is an in-person role at our Clackamas center, with a focus on greeting guests, promoting services, and meeting sales goals.

You will train Guest Service Associates, manage reservations and cash, and maintain a clean, organized center. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required; prior retail or beauty experience is a plus with growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striking an ongoing journey of competence.
